Land Form Project

Okay, so, I didn't know how good I would be with making a landform using clay, so we opted to go for felt.  It was just an idea.  I'm much better with hot glue, even if I did burn my fingers quite a few times.  I think it turned out pretty good.  Of course, we also used stickers and rocks from the landscaping..  It was fun!  Olivia thought of powerdered sugar to go on the mountains.    

Glendale 2012

I had heard about Glendale for a long time, but had never been. As part of my "birthday" month celebration (ha ha!), that was one of my requests.... We had a great time!!

There were so many people, I couldn't believe it.

We ate at the Whistle Stop, but were disappointed they didn't have the full menu.  All I can say is we will have to go back again...  It was good!

Okay, I had to buy something.  I found this booth that had fall decorations and they would add personalization for free. I thought it was cute! 

I Love Fall!!!

The kids have been wanting to light this fire for months!!!

These kids really turned on later, we got a showing of all of the past halloween costumes and they kept trying to scare us, but I think we scared them even more!!

Last week, we kept getting these types of pics from Deanna from the beach while we were freezing in Kentucky!!  Sure wish we could have gone!!

Orlando 2012

We took a family vacation this year to Orlando.  We went to Mickey's Halloween party one night (it rained, but we still had a good time), Magic Kingdom, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach and Cape Canaveral.  Here's some pics.  It rained every other day, but we still had a great time. The kids had never been to Disney, so we had to take a pic of the entrance...

Since it was a Halloween party, we saw all kinds of costumes....

Kennedy Space Center was cool, a little bit overpriced, but cool!!

Olivia's 8th Birthday

We had a blast celebrating Olivia's 8th Birthday!  She finally got to spend her birthday at the waterpark. Literally that is all I've heard about for the last year!!  So glad it worked out.  It was awesome on a Friday afternoon.  We had the waterpark almost to ourselves.   

Back at home for Pizza and Ice Cream Cake and a Sleepover!!
